Have Insurance?
If you have production insurance of your own upon renting equipment or the studio we will need a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to include the following:
DV Depot LLC, 25-14 50th Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101 as certificate holder.
You must carry property insurance covering rented equipment. Also, please make sure we are added as Additional Insured as respects to the General Liability and Loss Payee for the Rented Equipment and/or Studio Rental with respects to the operations of the Named Insured.
