With good reason to expand their talents and services, Deborah Wolpert along with her cousin Pete Zappulla formed a partnership and founded dvDepot in January of 2003. Deborah's past experience as a 2nd AD in the DGA, as well as Line Producer at MTV in the News and Docs Department with Pete's experience as an acclaimed DP, and Production Manager at MTV proved to be a perfect fit. dvDepot has since grown extensively, expanding to a 7,000 square foot floor, to become the most efficient all- in-one production crewing, editing and equipment rental house in NYC.
